Cartoon Wheel is a Kuwaiti company. It was founded back in 2015. The company kicked off with simple activities and then proceeded to produce the cartoon business, at an excruciatingly slow pace by two child-lovers.

Now, more than 70 people from Kuwait, Egypt, and Turkey work within the company, making it international and globally renowned.
